Made-to-Order Items
Our made-to-order pieces are handcrafted specifically for you. Please allow 10–14 business days for production before shipping. If your order is completed sooner and no production queue exists, it will ship earlier. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Ready-to-Ship (In-Stock) Items
In-stock items typically ship within 24–48 business hours. During high-volume periods, including holidays and seasonal promotions, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. If you require expedited handling, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability.
Local Pickup & Courier (NYC Only)
Customers located in the New York City area may arrange local pickup or courier delivery. Please email selvon@selvonnyc.com before placing your order to coordinate.
Processing Times & Transit Delays
Processing times are separate from shipping transit times and begin after payment is confirmed. SelvonNYC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs clearance for international orders.
Lost or Marked-Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, SelvonNYC is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. We recommend selecting secure delivery options and monitoring tracking updates closely.
